Apple launched its Imaginative and prescient Professional headset at its annual WWDC occasion on Monday, ending months of hypothesis that the Cupertino tech big was on the brink of launch its personal VR or augmented actuality product.

Apple’s Imaginative and prescient Professional will launch within the U.S. on February 2, the corporate mentioned in a press launch Monday, with pre-orders starting January 19.
Pre-orders will open 5 PM Pacific Time on the nineteenth, in response to the Imaginative and prescient Professional’s product web page.
The $3,500 headset is Apple’s reply to Meta’s Quest headsets, and has reportedly been in improvement for years. Apple introduced the product at its Worldwide Builders Convention in 2023.
“The period of spatial computing has arrived,” Apple CEO Tim Prepare dinner mentioned in Monday’s launch.
