The Apple Watch app of the year, Gentler Streak, has just been updated to version 2.7.5. This update adds the 2022 Activity Recap, Gentler Streak updated with Activity Recap and Apple Watch Ultra Action Button support
which shows a roundup of the user’s workouts throughout the year. The app follows the trend of other platforms that have also released a recap of people’s activities online, such as the most listened tunes, most watched shows, etc.

Find out just how active you were in 2022 with this animated activity recap. See the Yorharts you’ve collected, the distance you’ve covered, total hours actively spent off the couch… to help spread the word, and motivate your friends, we’ve created a neat SHARE option!
In addition to Gentler Streak’s 2022 Activity Recap, this update supports Apple Watch Ultra‘s Action Button. You can now start a workout and pause/resume it with the new Apple Watch button.

The app responds to your specific fitness level and then provides optimal activity levels in a personalized Activity Path. On the wearable device, you can display workout information and control fitness on the go.
With the customized path, you will keep a streak going by staying somewhere on the path and responding to the actual need of your body whether it’s rest, mild activity, or a more intense day.

During a workout, you can see real-time heart rate zones and the immediate effect on your body. You can also adapt the intensity of the workout for the best results. So you can turn up the exercise or down to avoid exhaustion.
You can track more than 85 activities on the Apple Watch. It will show stats specific to the workout type like duration, calories, distance, pace, and more. While in the pool or ocean, you can also lock the display.
Apple Watch Ultra users will be glad to hear that app now supports the Action Button on the wearable device. You can start and pause/resume a workout by pressing the button.
There is also a new 2022 Activity Recap. That will show everything you’ve done this year, the distance you’ve covered, and total activity hours. And the app has just been updated with two handy new features.

Gentler Streak is for the iPhone and Apple Watch and can be downloaded now on the App Store for free. When we found out we were stunned, speechless and in a way still are.
I don’t think it has sunk in yet what we have achieved in this short amount of time. For a small independent team of four this came as a huge shock, a positive one obviously.
We see it as an extraordinary confirmation of our work, our vision, our relevance in time and place, and are super happy our message and philosophy is now being spread across the globe.
There’s still so much we want to and will bring to life, and we are looking forward to every minute of it. I think it’s safe to say we are just getting started.
More about Gentler Streak
